Am I eligible?
This benefit is available to all Service personnel.
What’s it for?
Telephone calls and postage for official MOD business would normally be provided by Service sources free of charge. If you have to pay for necessary official phone calls or postage using your own money, you can use this benefit to claim back your expenses.
What do I get?
You will need to provide a receipt for the costs you incurred, and you can claim for a refund of any admissible costs.
This will then be paid into your nominated bank account.
How do I claim?
You need to complete JPA Form F016 (which can be found at JPA forms) and submit it to your unit HR admin office.
