Add to your Annual Leave
In the Armed Forces, all our full-time Service Personnel are entitled to up to 38 days off every year. But if you require more time off, we offer you some flexibility to help you with any plan.
- No eligibility information availableEnhanced LeaveTake an extended block of 50 days' leave in one continuous period in lieu of 30 days of your Annual Leave Allowance. 
- No eligibility information availableCall Forward of LeaveBring forward up to 10 days of your Leave Allowance from the next leave year. 
- No eligibility information availableTransfer of LeaveTransfer up to 10 days of leave from your personal allowance during a leave year to your spouse, civil partner, long-term partner, or to a Service person who you have shared parental responsibility with (to assist with the care of your child), if they are also in the Armed Forces.

- No eligibility information availableCompassionate LeaveIf there’s a crisis at home, you can get time off without using your Annual Leave – this includes one working week of fully paid Carer’s Leave, available in each leave year for situations where normal caring arrangements fail, or the need arises to undertake further caring duties that impact on usual working hours.
