The RAF Families Federation (RAFFF) provides confidential and independent advice and support to RAF personnel and their families.
Am I eligible?
This benefit is available to:
- Service personnel (Regulars and Reserves) 
- Spouses and partners of serving RAF Regular or Reserve personnel 
- Children and close family members of serving RAF personnel 
What’s it for?
The RAFFF is a confidential and independent organisation which gathers feedback from RAF personnel and their families about their ‘lived experience' to highlight the issues that they face in order to influence policy changes.
In particular they:
- advocate on behalf of RAF personnel and families to Government, Local Authorities, MOD, employers, and the Chain of Command on emerging themed issues 
- inform service providers (e.g. Amey/Pinnacle, NHS, Department for Education, Armed Forces Covenant) on lived experience issues 
- develop tailored resources to support personnel and families based on their feedback 
- inform policy makers on behalf of personnel and families 
- provide information to de-mystify the system via social media, newsletters, and magazines 
- signpost to appropriate organisations/resources
